17AUG24: Another (annual) Beaumont to SATX round trip ride for service.Yet again, Landon and the Service crew addresses all maintenance requirements. No other place I'd rather be for my Scooter fix-em-up. if you’re in need of or desire a BMW motorcycle, gaze upon their splendid inventory -- look and touch.Also met fellow rider, O2 Guru. Yeah, you know who I'm talking about.=Peace================================Service for my 2016 C650GT. 12k miles for CVT belt and associated parts. Landon is service rep and he gets it done. He finds parts-he orders parts-parts arrive. I arrive and the service tech(s) does the job in good time. Scooter performs well and with less noise from the drive box. Good job, all! Thanks. BTW, I rode in from Beaumont, TX. The weather was a whole other story. Geez-o-zowie. =Peace=

I recently was traveling from Corpus Christi to Del Rio, and had a front tire blow out. I contacted several motorcycle shops, including two different Harley shops in San Antonio. I found Alamo BMW, and they told me to have the tow truck bring the bike to them. I got the bike towed there and they had me back on the road, with a new front tire in less than an hour. I have ridden motorcycles for over 45 years, and Alamo BMW was absolutely the most professional and helpful that I’ve ever encountered. They have my business from now on

I rolled into San Antonio with an engine idling issue that needed to be fixed before crossing into Mexico for a tour of Central America. Hector and his crew got right to work on the bike and had me on my way in short order -and for a very fair price.I very much appreciate their professionalism and helpfulness.

They have my 2022 r1250rt for at least the 3rd time. When I stop mid ride for fuel or picture or just talk it has not restarted 2x this week and once last week. After 2 days with bike they call and tell me the bike is ready but they couldn't get it to not start. I asked for a new battery. They explained they can't do that, I just keep getting stranded! I can't believe I have to carry a starter block for a 2 year old bike. I bought starter for my 1988 accord, but it's more reliable! My 1988 accord which originally was about half the cost of what bike was and bike isn't 2 years old.Can't believe they care so little, I want original owners back!Edit! I picked up bike, stopped for gas and when I went to restart it was dead. I called they responded and even though they said they couldn't, they brought a new battery. Battery failed and he gave me new battery.GM never returned my call and I was told he was busy with sales. Translated, you have a new bike, we would rather sell a new one then take.care if you!

These guys are awesome! They're friendly, welcoming, and impressively helpful. I bought a 2024 BMW S1000RR from them and they were nice enough to stay with me the whole way (even though we stayed past business hours). They gave me a good deal and even let me shop around for the best financing I could find with no pressure. Needless to say, they have my full trust and I can't thank Hal, Kayla, Inaqi, and the rest of the team enough.

I was finally able to pick up my bike after weeks of waiting through the chip shortage and container shortages. It was so worth the wait. Put a down payment on a bike several weeks out, and was kept up to date on shipping and arrival times throughout the process. Once the bike arrived and was ready it took me a couple days before I could make it in. When I came in the staff was friendly and accommodating even with a showroom full of people and a couple other buyers picking up their new bikes. Paperwork went fast and delivery was very thorough, it is my first BMW. I would recommend the dealership if you are in the market for a new or used BMW.
